I have been a customer for several years. You will get excellent service at a fair price. A couple of years ago I had some type of clicking noise in the engine. I took it in for an oil change and asked that the noise be checked. When I went to pay, I asked about the noise and how much it will cost to fix. They said no charge it was a simple piece that got bent and they simply bent it back.

After another local shop wasted my time by keeping my vehicle without performing the routine service it was there for, Northstar were able to fit my vehicle into the schedule. Not only did they get done what they said they would, but they found and notified me of another problem. There was great communication and they were able to fix both problems for much less money than it would have cost for two separate repairs. My vehicle has been running like new ever since!
